CHALLENGE
To create and implement an application for promoters as a gamification element to increase efficiency when performing tasks. The product should meet the customer's requirements, be of interest for participants (promoters and supervisors), and build up competitive spirit between the teams.
SOLUTION
DesanGame is a game for iOS and Android. In it, the map is divided into zones with assigned teams. In each zone, you can capture points (stores) by placing products and recording them with a camera. If the captain approves the placement, the point is captured, and the promoter earns points and trophies. Achievements can be earned for special feats, such as capturing three points within a certain time. Points can be converted into monetary bonuses. Every three days, the capture of a point resets, and the placement needs to be done again. The app features a news feed, chat, a map with zones and capture points, as well as personal and team rankings.
IMPACT
Goldapp team has designed a product that fully meets the trends of game implementation in staff relations. Game and competitive elements allow to promote staff actions to a new level. Considering the average age of promoters, gamification is the best way to increase efficiency and improve staff motivation at sales points.
