The team developed a mobile app for task execution on Android and iOS, focusing on convenience and speed. After analyzing and segmenting the target audience, it was decided to use a mobile app on Android and iOS platforms, as the browser-based version increased the customer's effort and did not allow finding a performer “here and now.” The app is designed for posting requests for household and technical services. Clients can submit requests, specifying the date, address, and cost. Performers respond through the app or call the client. Users manage requests, view history and statistics, and update request statuses. The app includes push and SMS notifications and works in conjunction with a web panel and call center.

The app format for searching for executors is very popular in Russia. The customer monetized the project by choosing the option of a commission fee for the requests performed by the executor.
