The customer needed a tool for accepting applications and searching for executers.

The team has developed a product - service for finding executors for a specific type of task. After examining and segmenting the target audience, it was decided to use mobile app on the Android and iOS platforms, since the browser version of the service turned out less user-friendly and did not allow finding the executor “here and now”. The app was created to accommodate requests for household and technical services (replacing a lock, fixing a socket, and so on). A client places a request for the service, writes the date, address or geographical location, and price. Executors respond to the request directly in the app (then a client will receive a push notification), or they can call the client. A user has access to the applications bank, history, statistics, the ability to add additional sales, manage and change the status of the application. It's possible to change the status of the request (Completed, Canceled, False request without payment, etc.) There are push and SMS request notifications. The app works in conjunction with the web panel and call center.

The app format for searching for executors is very popular in Russia. The customer monetized the project by choosing the option of a commission fee for the requests performed by the executor.
